What primary services do you offer?
We offer monthly bookkeeping as well as catch up/cleanup projects. We help you to set up your account, establish accounting procedures and help with monthly reconciliation and closing. We also offer 1099 eFile, Sales tax/use tax filing and Quickbooks Audit services.
I have a CPA - why do I need a bookkeeper?
Your CPA most likely wants to file your taxes, and also possibly advise you on your tax liability as well as your business growth. Most CPA’s do not wish to manage the daily/weekly/monthly income and expenses within businesses. Our firm works well with CPA’s, because with our reports, they are able to easily file taxes, and can consult with our team if they have any questions about the reports. We are also competitively priced so it is less expensive to hire a bookkeeping firm than a CPA.
Is there a set up fee?
For three out of our four services, no. If you enroll in our 1099 Service, there is a one-time set up fee, which covers inputting the W-9 information and storing it from year to year.
May I cancel anytime?
Yes! If you choose to leave us, you will just be obligated to pay for the work we’ve completed.
How is your team of bookkeepers and accounting professionals organized?
We have a team of qualified and experienced bookkeepers who are well-versed in the knowledge and practice of accounting, finance and bookkeeping. They all have experience working with small businesses just like yours and you can trust them to assist you in the most professional manner.
What are the additional services that you offer to small businesses?
Besides the primary services mentioned above, we also offer payroll services, bill payments, sending invoices, inventory tracking, accounts receivable and accounts payable based on client need. In a lot of cases, we assist with tax preparation work, budget planning/tracking, cash flow management and are always willing to customize our service package and pricing as we know that one-size may not fit all our clients.
How do I connect with your team once I choose to onboard?
We schedule a video chat or a call with one of our qualified bookkeepers to first walk you through the account set up steps as part of the onboarding exercise. Thereafter, we gather the necessary information to complete set up as well as other information required to fulfill implementation of ongoing work. We keep in touch through emails or phone call as required to update you with status. Most importantly, you will continue to receive your monthly or quarterly financial reports as part of your chosen service package.
Do you address needs of medium size businesses too?
Though our focus is on serving small businesses, we do have mid-size clients that we support with full-service bookkeeping and affiliated services. These include managed accounts for franchises, store chains, multi-unit location stores, private and family owned businesses and industry specific professional placements. We also have larger accounting firms outsource their back-office work as well as engage us to provide onsite training to bookkeepers and accountants.

Our philosophy is simple - "Do the best for your client" so that they can focus on their business revenue and growth. We believe that if we are not aligned with our client's goals and aspirations, we would not be fulfilling our own mandate. Hence our terms are very straightforward - we do our best to work closely with our client to deliver on their service package.
